Move spreadsheet tables into Markdown

Tab-separated spreadsheet data is split into rows and columns, escaped where needed, and given a Markdown header separator. The reverse mode creates TSV for pasting back into a spreadsheet.

Good to know

For CSV with quoted commas or embedded line breaks, copy the cell range from the spreadsheet and paste it as TSV.
